CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1986 REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br />Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris~City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />Hundley asked that Item 4I be moved to Item 4A-2. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as <br />amended. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked if there were changes to the <br />Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that <br />the Consent Calendar be approved as submitted. <br />Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of Minutes <br />B. Approval of Bills <br />C. Minutes & Agenda - Louisville Housing <br />Authority - Information Only <br />E. 1986 City Auction - Final Settlement - <br />Information Only <br />MAYOR'S PRESENTATION Mayor Fauson presented Anne Marie Roberts, <br />Louisville Times reporter, a gift from Council as <br />this will be the last meeting she will be <br />attending before she goes on maternity leave. <br />Mayor Fauson wished her well and asked that she <br />"hurry back." <br />APPOINTMENT OF <br />ANNUAL AUDITOR Hundley explained that early in October the City <br />requested proposals from six auditing firms for <br />1 <br />
