CITY OF LOUISVILLE NOVEMBER 18, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety August Hioco, Director of Community Services Also present: Pam Ferris~City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. Hundley asked that Item 4I be moved to Item 4A-2. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as amended. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked if there were changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Consent Calendar be approved as submitted. Mohr seconded. Minutes & Agenda - Louisville Housing Authority - Information Only E. 1986 City Auction - Final Settlement - Information Only MAYOR'S PRESENTATION Mayor Fauson presented Anne Marie Roberts, Louisville Times reporter, a gift from Council as this will be the last meeting she will be attending before she goes on maternity leave. Mayor Fauson wished her well and asked that she "hurry back." APPOINTMENT OF ANNUAL AUDITOR Hundley explained that early in October the City requested proposals from six auditing firms for 1
