This topic of <br />discussion will be place on the Agenda for the next PPLAB meeting in <br />which a joint Open Space/ PPLAB meeting time and place will be <br />decided. <br />VI. CIP Priority Discussion: Each attending board member discussed their <br />CIP improvement recommendations. The top three priorities are 1. <br />Irrigation and reuse water, 2. Park improvements/ renovations and 3. <br />Tree Replacement. Secondary thoughts are bike sharing program, light <br />upgrades at rec center, wayfinding between parks, park signs and trail <br />projects. Susan Loo will discuss the expansion of reuse water and <br />irrigation with the existing Water Board. <br />VII. April 12th Study Session with Council: The Council Communication <br />Packet will be sent out to all PPLAB Board members requesting <br />submission of comments to Dean Johnson's e -mail. Dean Johnson will <br />summarize all comments and receive final approval by committee <br />board chair Ellen Toon prior to submission prior to the Study Session. <br />VIII. PPLAB Bylaws Discussion: Discussion postponed for next meeting <br />IX. Mission Statement Discussion: Board members brainstormed ideas <br />that can be finalized at next month's meeting. These included word <br />inclusions: Safe, Accessible, Connected, Provide, Accessible Parks, <br />Promote fun, interactive...Advise and educate, Maintain Public <br />Landscaping. <br />X. Name of Board Discussion: Discussion postponed for next meeting <br />XI. Ongoing Program Discussion Ideas: Discussion postponed for future <br />meeting. <br />XII.
