TIMES <br />1/~/94) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1139, Series 1994, "An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of Front Street located in the <br />so=~theast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 1 south, Range 69 west of the <br />6tk p.m. within the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this request is for a <br />ri?ht-of-way vacation in conjunction with the platting of the <br />adjacent property into the Front Court Subdivision. This would <br />vacate approximately 930 s.f. off of the north side of Front <br />Street, which in turn would be incorporated into proposed Lot 5. <br />This would vacate unimproved right-of-way and does not decrease the <br />wid.th of the existing 24' wide street. He stated that staff <br />requests an amendment to this Ordinance by deleting Section 3 and <br />renaming Section 4 as Section 3, without any further changes. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for the applicant's <br />presentation. <br /> <br />NOYE <br /> <br />Tom Rafferty, 945 Rex Street, Louisville, Colorado, wanted Council <br />to vote against this vacation, because he felt it is important to <br />the neighborhood.
