Cityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Louisville Sustainability Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes: Wednesday, March 16, 2016 <br />City Hall, 749 Main Street, Spruce Room <br />I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:33 pm by Justine Vigil- Tapia. Meeting <br />Minutes taken by Jamie Bartlett <br />a. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Mary Ann Heaney, Mark Persichetti; Justine Vigil - <br />Tapia; Jamie Bartlett; Marianne Martin, Allison Johanson, Dan Delanhunty, City -Staff Liaison <br />Dave Szabados; City - Council Liaison Jay Keany. Public: Lea Yancy <br />b. Approval of Current - Meeting's Agenda: Approved without modification. <br />c. Approval of Meeting Minutes: The minutes from the January 20, 2016 meeting were approved. <br />d. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />Lea Yancy <br />• Louisville was awarded sustainability matching grant: $15K for Water Conservation <br />program "Slow the Flow" and for the Business Recognition program. <br />• Boulder Weekly wants to do an article on the water conservation program, directed to <br />Meredith <br />• Event last week — 84 businesses showed up <br />• Solar Benefits Program launched 16Feb, residents have until 15May to sign up <br />o Electric vehicle and Ebike programs also coming <br />• Low Flow toilet program from CRC sold out <br />• Boulder County has energy efficiency program for residents <br />• County is also looking at installing charging stations — surveying county employees <br />• <br />e. Jay's Minute: Planning finalists met last night, should be picked in a couple weeks. <br />f. Dave's Minute: Submitted application to Partners in Energy with Excel. City Hall has new HVAC, <br />more efficient and quieter. City getting closer to an electric vehicle. <br />II.
