Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, explained that this ordinance only <br />clarifies the City's authority to impose the developer's <br />agreements. It doesn't have percentages within it. <br /> <br />Davidson called for further Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council place Ordinance No. 1146, Series 1994, out <br />for publication and set the public hearing for April 5, 1994. <br />Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - <br />0 vote. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1147, SERIES 1994 - AMENDING THE ZONING REGULATIONS <br />CONTAINED IN TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVIT.?m MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />ESTABLISHING AN SF-E AND SF-R ZONE DISTRICT, RENAMING CERTAIN <br />EXISTING ZONE DISTRICTS - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 4/5/94 <br /> <br />Griffith read by title only Ordinance No. 1147, Series 1994, "An <br />ordinance amending the zoning regulations contained in Title 17 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code, establishing an SF-E and SF-R Zone <br />District, renaming certain existing zone districts and amending <br />various provisions within Title 16 and Title 17 in conjunction <br />therewith." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated the ordinance proposes to <br />replace and rename four existing zone districts: Single Family Low <br />Density for Residential Rural, Single Family Medium Density for <br />Residential Estate, Single Family High Density for Residential Low <br />Density, and Single Family RR for Rural Restricted Residential. <br />The ordinance sets out as Transitional Zoned Districts the SF-E and <br />SF-.R. The balance of the ordinance addresses any portion in Title <br />17 that is necessary to amend the language to be inclusive of all <br />zoned districts. Wood reviewed the Exhibits accompanying the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council table this until April 5, 1994, to give <br />the Planning Commission additional time to further examine this. <br />Seconded by Howard.
