Davidson called for anyone else wishing to speak on Ordinance No. <br />1143. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments <br />or questions. <br /> <br />Sisk asked that the ordinance be amended from June 1, 1994, to <br />April 9, 1994, as an effective date. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1143, Series 1994, <br />amending Title 6 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning the <br />regulation of pit bulls on 2nd and final reading, with the amending <br />of Section 6.12.160, paragraph C by replacing the two "June 1, <br />1994," with April 9, 1994 and any other place in the ordinance with <br />"June 1, 1994," replace it with the date April 1, 1994. Seconded <br />by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />CABLE RATE REVIEW AND SUMMARY - PUBLIC ~R. ARING - REQUEST TO <br />CONTINUE <br /> <br />Chris Miller, Assistant to the City Administrator, requested a <br />continuance of the public hearing due to the uncertainty of the <br />impact on Scripps Howard's basic cable rates from the FCC ruling on <br />February 22 to lower the rates. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council continue the public hearing on the cable <br />rate review and summary until the April 5, 1994, Council meeting. <br />Seconded by Sisk.
