All were in favor. Absent: Council member Leh <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS <br />(Louisville Charter, Section 5 -2(c) — Authorized Topics — Consideration of real <br />property acquisitions and dispositions, only as to appraisals and other value <br />estimates and strategy and C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(a)). <br />The City Manager requested the City Council Convene an Executive Session for <br />the Purpose of Consideration of Potential Real Property Acquisitions and <br />Dispositions concerning property in Louisville. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED <br />City Attorney Light introduced the request for executive session. The City Manager <br />requested the City Council convene an executive session for the purpose of <br />consideration of potential real property acquisitions and dispositions concerning <br />property in the Louisville area. <br />Acting City Clerk Hanson read Section 2.90.050 — Public statement of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, which outlines the topics permitted for discussion in an executive <br />session. <br />City Attorney Light stated the authority to conduct an executive session: (Louisville <br />Charter, Section 5 -2(c) — Authorized Topics — Consideration of real property <br />acquisitions and dispositions, but only as to appraisals and other value estimates and <br />strategy, and C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(a)). <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council adjourn to executive session for the <br />purpose of consideration of potential real property acquisitions and dispositions <br />conceming property in the Louisville area, but only as to appraisals and other value <br />estimates and strategy for such potential acquisition and disposition, and the session <br />include the City Council, City Manager, City Attorney, Economic Development Director, <br />Planning and Building Safety Director. Council member Maloney seconded the motion. <br />The motion carried by a vote of 6 -0. Council member Leh absent. <br />Council member Stolzmann noted the executive session was scheduled to consider <br />multiple properties and she would vote to go into executive session but would likely <br />object to one of the topics in the discussion in executive session. <br />
