Downtown parking demands outstrip <br />the current supply, as shown by the City's 2013 parking study, and downtown parking is <br />extending into the neighborhoods. Staff would like to have BRaD discuss the <br />information provided and provide input regarding interest to advance the parking <br />discussion. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Planning Department conducted a parking study in 2013 and developed a parking <br />action plan for Council consideration in August 2014.
