Davidson announced that Tom Phare, Public Works Director, would be attending the Executive <br />Session. <br /> <br />All in favor of the motion. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the second subject of consideration of <br />water rights acquisition. Seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the third subject of consultation with <br />respect to pending litigation and consideration of water rights acquisition. Seconded by Levihn. All <br />in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the fourth subject of consideration of <br />water rights and real property acquisition. Seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson noted the Mike Shimmin, Noel Hobbs, and John Henderson will also be attending the <br />Executive Session. <br /> <br />Council adjourned to the Executive Session. <br /> <br />Council returned from Executive Session. <br /> <br />Tanoue stated that the first topic was pending litigation with Superior and a property located near <br />there. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the second item was a discussion concerning Windy Gap acquisition. The third <br />item was discussion with the water attorney on the Marshall Lake water transfer. The fourth item <br />was a discussion with the Public Works Director on the pipeline routing as it passes through the city <br />limits and Louisville's planning area. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (8:36 p.m.).
