This is a hearing on <br />applications for two variances filed with the Board. The first is Terry Nelson for 2252 Crown Circle and <br />Rachel and Dan Fox for 346 McKinley Court. <br />Opening Comments of the Chairman: <br />The purpose of this hearing is to receive evidence and testimony in order to enable the Board to decide <br />whether the variance application should be granted or denied. <br />This hearing is open to the public and is being electronically recorded. I ask that each person addressing <br />the Board first identify yourself by name and address and whether you are a representative of any person <br />or organization.
