Accepting it as an original subdivision monument, it was used to establish both <br />the northerly and easterly boundaries of the Alvin $ Julia Fischer Subdivision , and is the <br />Point of Beginning for the subdivision. <br />The distance between the westerly edge of the west concrete sidewalk and the <br />easterly edge of the east concrete sidewalk on Grant Avenue is 58. I'.
