<br /> Northwest corner of a parcel described in Book 1104 at Page
<br /> 529; thence SOO°06'50"W, parallel to the East line of said
<br /> NWI/4 of the NE1/4, and along the West line of said parcel
<br /> described in Book 1104 at Page 529, extended, 296.36 feet
<br /> to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 31 ,986 square feet or
<br /> 0.7343 acres more or less, have laid out, platted, and
