The Gateway subdivision became the Common Interest <br />Community of Copper Hill on 2008, which, according to <br />senior planner Lisa Richie, is not a subdivision but an <br />association created by neighbors and should not be added <br />as a subdivision entry name to the Laserfiche subdivision <br />table. <br />The recordation number for the Common Interest <br />Community of Copper Hill is 2912575 and a copy of the <br />plat can be found at the end of this document. <br />
