CaII to Order — Jay Keany called the meeting to order at 5:33 pm. <br />II. Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Jay Keany, Robert Muckle, Jeff Lipton <br />Absent: <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, Kurt Kowar, Kevin Watson, Graham Clark <br />and Cory Peterson <br />Public: <br />III. Approval of Agenda: Agenda approved. <br />IV. Approval of the Minutes: The meeting minutes from July 8th and August 19th were <br />approval as written. <br />V. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA: <br />None <br />VI.
