Proclamations were read and presented <br />to the former Mayor and Councilmembers. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION DECLARING ANDRECOGNIZING APRIL AS "PREVENT A LITTER" <br />MONTH IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the Proclamation to the Boulder County <br />Humane Society. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/MOTION CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ACTION GROUP OF <br />CO~4UNITY LEADERS TO ADDRESS NEED FOR SCHOOLS IN LOUISVILT~ <br /> <br />Davidson asked that this Item be put on the Agenda. He would like <br />the Council to authorize the Mayor to call for a roundtable <br />discussion, inviting education leaders, community leaders, and the <br />major developers to the City, so that Council can begin to address <br />the problem. <br /> <br />Davidson called for discussion or questions. <br /> <br />Mayer felt this is an important issue and felt that the surrounding <br />communities should become involved. <br /> <br /> <br />
