I would like to ask Mr.
Stiffler about these documents that
we have been speaking about
concerning your divestment of
ownership of your store in Boulder.
Have they been submitted to the
Boulder Licensing Clerk and when?

They were submitted in April 1992.
As you're probably aware, paper
takes time to get through a system.

Is it a case of the documents not
being approved by the Boulder
Licensing Authority?

It doesn't have to be approved. It
is simply submitted and it divests
him.

So what did you file with the
Boulder Liquor Licensing Authority?

The documents that we provided
tonight.

The documents that Mr. Harper
provided is a liquor or 3.2% beer
license renewal application, dated
August 14, 1991, for Firehouse
Liquors. The name of the applicant
is Ronald Trujillo and approved by
the Boulder Liquor Licensing
Authority. The second page is an
attachment to the renewal
application that identifies persons
with a financial interest being Jeff
Stiffler and Ronald Trujillo. As I
understand your position, you have
divested yourself from this.

That's correct.

You did apply for a renewal and were
granted a renewal early in 1991.

That's correct.

16
