PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Davidson called for comments from the audience on any items not on <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - LOUISVILT~ HISTORICAL MONTH - MAY, 1992 <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the Proclamation to the Louisville <br />Historical Society. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - OLDER AMERICAN'S MONTH - MAY, 1992 <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the Proclamation to Phyllis Steinbaugh, <br />Chairperson for the Senior Advisory Board. <br /> <br />Davidson asked that the record show that Councilman Howard had <br />arrived (7:07). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING -RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - BRASS MONKEY, <br />INC., dba JUNCTION WINE & SPIRITS BEFORE THE LOUISVILLE LIQUOR <br />LICENSING AUTHORITY (The following is a summary only.) <br /> <br />Sisk asked to be excused from discussion or participation on this <br />issue as he had done legal work for a person or company that might <br />be in direct conflict. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that before Council (Louisville's Liquor Licensing <br />Authority) was the Brass Monkey, Inc., dba Junction Wine & Spirits <br />application for a Retail Liquor Store License, which permits the <br />sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors in sealed containers, <br />not to be consumed at the place where sold. The premises to be <br />licensed are at Louisville Plaza, 1387 South Boulder Road, Unit A. <br />The Liquor Licensing Authority must set the boundaries of the <br />neighborhood for the license. In the past the boundaries have been <br />set as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that the boundaries be so set for this application. <br />Seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson asked if anyone present objected to the "boundaries of the <br />neighborhood" being the current boundaries of the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that the complete application that was filed with <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
