someone with the long experience that Mr. Graham brings to the <br />City. <br /> <br />Davidson asked if Howard would like to do a resolution authorizing <br />the City Attorney to draw up a contract to the specifications of <br />the Economic Development Committee. <br /> <br />Howard said, "So moved." Seconded by Lathrop. <br />taken. Motion passed by a 7-0 vote. <br /> <br />Roll call was <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 42, SERIES 1992 - THE MEADOWS AT COAL CREEK RANCH <br />FILING NO. 1 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />PLAT (PREVIOUSLY ANNEXED 4 ACRE PARCEL) <br /> <br />John Franklin, Director of Community Development, stated that this <br />four acres of land is located south of Cherry Street and east of <br />Taft Court, extended south. The Planning Commission held a Public <br />Hearing on this and recommended approval with several conditions. <br />They addressed those conditions in an Executive Summary as to their <br />status. One of the Planning Commission recommendations was to <br />consider cash in lieu of land dedication. <br /> <br />Jim Fraker, JR Engineering, representing Meadows at Coal Creek, <br />Corp. <br /> <br />Fraker: <br /> <br />After we met with the neighbors, <br />attended the Planning Commission <br />meeting, and met with staff, the <br />recommendations that came out of the <br />plan was that they would like to see <br />a 10 ft. outlot, which is <br />immediately adjacent to our east and <br />which is adjacent to the existing $ <br />ft. wide bike path. Our theme along <br />Cherry Street is exactly the same as <br />is carried out now in Coal Creek <br />Ranch. Our lots in size are <br />compatible to the Coal Creek Ranch <br />lots adjacent to it. There are ten <br />lots that we're proposing in this <br />first filing. The access to our <br />site is Taft Street and our right- <br />of-way is being proposed by an <br />easement, because it's outside of <br />the portion that's being accessed. <br />The same goes for the temporary <br />turn-around at the end. We have <br />changed all of the wordings, which <br />the City Attorney recommended in his <br />notes to us. The outlot will be <br />maintained and owned by the <br />Homeowner's Association.
