This parcel has also been referred <br />to on the Centennial Valley general development plan as Parcel T. <br />Prior to 1991 it was commercial designation. Then in 1991 it was <br />approved for either commercial or residential development. The <br />proposal includes an emergency access off-site to the west and an <br />entry feature at the corner, which is proposed to be developed by <br />Sheffield Homes. Then, it will be turned over to the City for <br />ownership and maintenance. The Planning Commission reviewed the <br />matter and recommended approval with conditions (SEE ATTACHED). <br /> <br />Don Shonkwiler, representing Homart Development, 400 S.
