All in favor. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS (except Check No. 65401 to the Boulder County <br /> Business Report) <br />APPROVE THERUNNING OF THE ROCK CREEKMARATHON - SEPTEMBER27, 1992 <br />- 8:00 A.M. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for public comments for items not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - ITALIAN HERITAGE WEEK - AUGUST 10 - 16, 1992 - <br />HERMAN FAUSON <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the Italian Heritage Week Proclamation <br />to Lawrence Enrietto (Herman Fauson was unable to attend). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 51, SERIES 1992 - COLORADO TECHNOLOGY CENTER, FIRST <br />FILING - REPLAT OF LOTS 6 & 10 BLOCK 3 - FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br /> <br />John Franklin, Director of Community Development, commented that <br />the applicant is the Mellon Properties Company, which is the owner <br />in conjunction with GBS Partners who is purchasing one of the lots. <br />The replat will create three lots from two lots. One lot, 10B, <br />will be used as the site for Boulder Sausage. The Planning <br />Commission reviewed the request and recommended approval. <br /> <br />Mayer asked what the vote was at the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Franklin: <br /> <br />It was unanimous. <br /> <br />Mayer asked that the Planning Commission vote be included in the <br />future. <br /> <br />Franklin agreed. <br /> <br />Garth Braun, 954 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO, representing Terry <br />O'Conner, stated that the primary reason for the replatting of the <br />two lots was to accommodate Boulder Sausage's desire to move to the <br />Colorado Tech Center. <br /> <br />Davidson suggested that as far as Council comments, Council should <br />take Items B (this Item) and C (Resolution No. 52, Series 1992 - <br />Boulder Sausage Company - Final PUD Development Plan) together, at <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
