Tennessen moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. All in favor. Absent: <br />Hervey and Watson. Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />None. <br />Police Department Reports <br />Chief Hayes reported he would like to attend each LLA meeting. He noted the <br />police department is now training in Narcan use for heroin overdose. They have <br />already used it to save a life. A good Colorado Department of Transportation <br />(CDOT) relationship has resulted in a grant for DUI enforcement and Louisville is <br />asking for the grant to also fund educational components. Of interest to the <br />Authority, a last drink location will be a part of the reporting for this enforcement <br />grant. The department would like to get additional training for drug recognition. <br />Liquor investigations have been few due in part to officers being vigilant. <br />
