He asked Council to consider getting the <br />kitchen up to par. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that there was a memo <br />from Steve Baysinger, Director of Parks and Recreation, at each <br />member of Council's place that discusses the improvements that need <br />to be made and the costs to make those improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
