APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes on the Consent Calendar other than <br />the removal of the 9/29/92 minutes. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved to approve the Consent Calendar as amended. <br />Seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor <br /> <br />Sisk stated that he would not participate on the approval of the <br />renewal of the Hotel & Restaurant License for Senor T's, because <br />his law firm does legal work for the applicants. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES (9/1/92 & 9/15/92) <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVE RENEWAL OF HOTEL & RESTAURANT LICENSE - SENOR T'S <br />APPROVE RENEWALOF 3.2% RETAIL LICENSE - 7-11 STORE (SOUTH BOULDER <br /> ROAD) <br />APPROVE TRANSFER OF LIQUOR LICENSE - THE TRACK INN <br />APPROVAL TO CONTRACT FOR TRAIL CONNECTION WEST OF RECREATION CENTER <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BID ON THE WETLANDS PROJECT, COAL CREEK <br /> BANK ENHANCEMENT, PHASE I <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak on <br />any item that is not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved on to Regular Business. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 60, SERIES 1992 - IN RECOGNITIONANDMEMORY OF GENE <br />TAVONI <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented Resolution No. 60, Series 1992, to <br />Madreen Ricter. <br /> <br />SENIORS <br /> <br />Howard stated that the seniors are still extremely concerned about <br />their kitchen facilities. He asked Council to consider getting the <br />kitchen up to par. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that there was a memo <br />from Steve Baysinger, Director of Parks and Recreation, at each <br />member of Council's place that discusses the improvements that need <br />to be made and the costs to make those improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
