Award Bid for 2017 Water Main Replacement Project <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming stated the design process for the Recreation Center expansion <br />project is continuing. There will be public presentations on May 4th to give the public <br />information about the design. The team is also looking at what sustainability <br />enhancements can be included in the design. <br />City Manager Fleming stated that year-to-date sales tax revenue is up 6% from 2016 <br />and 3.4% above budget. <br />
