Is the applicant committed to <br />doing this even though it is not in the solution? <br />Trice says it is not paved. The paving would be part of a subdivision agreement. <br />Brauneis says is there any discussion of parking for either lot. <br />Trice says the applicant would need to provide parking once they get to building permit, <br />depending on what they develop. It would be two spaces per unit. <br />Brauneis asks about the existing house. <br />Trice says the existing house has access off County Road through a driveway and has a <br />garage. <br />Rice asks how does the new density created by this subdivision compare to what is in the area. <br />Trice says there is no increase to what is located to the north. There are single family dwellings <br />to the south as part of Front Court. It does not change the pattern of development. <br />Rice says these lots will be roughly 7,000 SF lots. In the area that surrounds this, what would <br />be the size of the residential lots in that area? <br />Trice says Front Court which is directly to the south has lots around 8,000 SF. The lots are from <br />9,000 to 6,000 SF across Parbois Lane. To the north, Parbois Place received waivers through <br />the PUD.
