Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />April 24, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Members of the Authority asked the police department reports needing <br />review be provided to them in as timely a manner as possible. <br />Public Comment on items not on the Agenda <br />John Caraluzzi, 1441 Norwood Avenue, Boulder, CO asked the Authority if <br />they felt the ordinances for marijuana licensing and zoning would be looked <br />at and changed any time in the near future. Mr. Caraluzzi discussed some of <br />the issues he saw with the current restrictions in the Louisville Municipal <br />Code. Members of the Authority noted any changes would be a City Council <br />decision. They encouraged Mr. Caraluzzi to talk to staff members in <br />planning and zoning to determine where a dispensary might currently be <br />allowed. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report — Empire — 1/27/17 <br />Tennessen recused himself and left the room for this discussion stating he knew <br />the victim named in the report very well. Members discussed the incident <br />involving an assault and agreed no further action was needed. <br />Tennessen returned to the room. <br />B. Incident Report — Henry's — 2/16/17 <br />Authority members agreed no further action needed to be taken on this report. <br />C. Incident Report — Henry's — 2/17/17 <br />Members decided not to take any further action on this incident involving a <br />disturbance. <br />D. Incident Report — Henry's — 2/19/17 <br />Members discussed the incident. Machado moved the Authority order a show <br />cause hearing for failure to report a disturbance and set for May 22, 2017. <br />Hervey seconded. Tennessen, Machado, Hervey and Lipton were in favor with <br />Carlson voting no. Show cause ordered. <br />E. Incident Report — Henry's — 3/29/17 <br />Members discussed the incident. Tennessen moved the Authority order a show <br />cause hearing for serving to a visibly intoxicated person and permitting disorderly <br />conduct. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />Tennessen moved the show cause hearing be set for the next regular meeting <br />May 22, 2017 at 7:00 PM. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />F. Incident Report — Cinebarre — 3/10/17 <br />After discussing the police report, Tennessen moved the Authority order a show <br />cause hearing for serving underage person. Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />
