Series 2017, <br />approving a Final Plat to vacate an existing lot line and create one lot, and <br />an amendment to the Final PUD to construct a 6,267 square foot addition <br />and a 1,410 square foot addition to connect two existing buildings <br />Mayor Muckle called for Council questions. <br />Council member Maloney asked about the need for a drainage easement Planner <br />Ritchie noted Public Works did not require a drainage easement The applicant will <br />grade away from both the front and rear of the building to handle any drainage issues. <br />Applicant, Jerry Moore, JM Associates of Boulder, Colorado stated he was available for <br />any questions <br />Mayor Muckle called for public comment and hearing none, closed the public hearing <br />Council member Keany moved to approve Ordinance No. 1741, Senes 2017.
