RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE <br />BUILDINGS CONTAINING A TOTAL OF 36,600 SQUARE FEET WITH 32 <br />CONDOMINIUM STORAGE UNITS AND A CLUBHOUSE FOR PROPERTY AT 745 S. <br />PIERCE AVENUE, LOT 2, BLOCK 1, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for a Final Planned Unit Development to allow the <br />construction of three buildings containing a total of 36,600 square feet with 32 <br />condominium storage units and a clubhouse located at 745 S. Pierce Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on July 13, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated July 13, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Final Planned <br />Unit Development to allow the construction of three buildings containing a total of <br />36,600 square feet with 32 condominium storage units and a clubhouse located at 745 <br />S. Pierce Avenue: <br />1. The applicant shall comply with the Public Works memo dated June 28, 2017 <br />prior to the public hearing before City Council. <br />2. The applicant shall provide at least three different tree species along the north <br />property fine prior to the public hearing before City Council. <br />3.
