RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 109,396 <br />SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR A FED <br />EX BOULDER COUNTY VAN FACILITY FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 3, THE BUSINESS <br />CENTER AT CTC <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for a Final Planned Unit Development to allow the <br />construction of a 109,396 square foot building and associated site improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />Ordinance 1725, Series 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on August 10, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated August 10, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Final Planned <br />Unit Development to allow the construction of a 109,396 square foot building and <br />associated site improvements for a Fed Ex Boulder County van facility for Lot 1, Block <br />3, The Business Center at CTC, with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall comply with the Parks Department memo dated July 28, 2017 <br />prior to the public hearing before City Council. <br />2.
