She complained that after <br /> the election last November campaign posters were <br />,~ not taken down. She also complained that after <br /> the special election, councilman Fauson had <br /> not removed the signs <br />Councilman Fauson Councilman Fauson, promised Mrs. Reccker that he <br /> personally would remove the signs and appologized <br /> for the inconvenience and her annoyance. <br />Frank Barnes Mr. Barnes asked if the Farber Annexation was on <br />x the agenda. <br /> Mayor Meier instructed Mr. Barnes that the Farber <br /> Annexation would be on the July 17, 1984 agenda. <br />MAYORS PROCLAMATION Mayor Meier read said proclamation and proclaimed <br />ON RECYCLING _ the week of July 15 thru the 22nd, 1984 as <br /> Colorado Recycling Week. Passed and adopted <br /> the 3rd day of July, 1984. <br />UNIQUE HOMES Mr. Fo Farland was present as representative <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST for the heir of the Steinbeck Estate and Unique <br /> Homes. He ~aresented drawings illustrating the <br /> proposed layout of homes and land dedication. <br /> He noted that one of the other Steinbecks properties <br /> about one mile away has~been appraised at $1,000. <br /> per acre. <br />Meier Mayor Meier asked if this drawing included the <br /> topographical information requested. <br /> Mr. Farland stated that it did so reflect the <br /> requested topographical information. <br /> He noted that the donated property also has 25 <br /> water shares included. <br /> Mr. Farland presented the other plan and compared <br /> the changes on the new plan drawing. Mr. Farland <br /> pointed out the highest elevation point as requested. <br /> by Mayor Meier. <br />Cussen Councilman Cussen asked Mr. Farland if the plan was <br /> accepted, annexed and zoned, would they be willing <br /> to wait until 1986 or until the HOward Berry Water <br /> Treatment Plant opens, in light of the Moratorium <br /> of building permits, we are just going to be adding <br /> to the problems we already have. <br />Farland Mr. Farland referred the question to Mr. Ochsner, <br /> but noted that they had planned to build ten houses <br /> per year and not likely building this year. He <br /> also stated that the additional 25 shares of water <br /> would be deeded to the city.
