RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2017 BUDGET BY AMENDING <br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, LIBRARY DEBT SERVICE FUND, <br />WATER UTILITY FUND, WASTEWATER UTILITY FUND, STORM WATER <br />UTILITY FUND, GOLF COURSE FUND, AND FLEET MANAGEMENT FUND <br />WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2017 budget by amending <br />appropnations in the General Fund, Historic Preservation Fund, Capital Projects <br />Fund, Library Debt Service Fund, Water Utility Fund, Wastewater Utility Fund, <br />Storm Water Utility Fund, Golf Course Fund, and Fleet Management Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the need to amend the 2017 budget arises to formally adopt <br />adjustments to the current 2017 appropnations that were not anticipated, or were <br />not measureable, at the time the original 2017 budget was adopted or at the time <br />of previous budget amendments, and <br />WHEREAS, funding for any increase in appropriations will come from fund <br />reserves <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />SECTION 1. That the 2017 General Fund appropriation be increased by <br />$533,160, from $19,188,314 to $19,721,474 <br />SECTION 2. That the 2017 Historic Preservation Fund appropriation be <br />increased by $22,000, from $620,276 to $642,276. <br />SECTION 3. That the 2017 Capital Projects Fund appropriation be <br />decreased by $64,510, from $10,118,316 to $10,053,806. <br />SECTION 4. That the 2017 Library Debt Service Fund appropnation be <br />increased by $5,000, from $780,670 to $785,670 <br />SECTION 5. That the 2017 Water Utility Fund appropriation be decreased <br />by $174,250, from $17,071,461 to $16,897,211 <br />SECTION 6. That the 2017 Wastewater Utility Fund appropriation be <br />increased by $105,750, from $13,053,250 to $13,159,000. <br />SECTION 7.
