BCAA is <br />already running a calendar and will have our Arts Hub page <br />with our logo. The Blog by Eric Fowler will also show our <br />logo. <br />Lori extended an invitation for us to post flyers on the <br />bulletin board at Art Underground where parents wait for <br />their kids. She will provide written instructions on how to <br />submit items. <br />Arts Underground will sponsor an arts & crafts activity on <br />December 6t after the Parade of Lights that will coordinate <br />with the Holiday Home Tour (Saturday) and the end of LCC's <br />Young Artists show at the Arts Center. <br />She is looking for input for TheArtsHub.Org <br />agreed that the name would be Arts hub with <br />IX - Treasurer's Report <br />Jim reported that we have received our SCFD <br />and that his Treasurer's report is $1 off. <br />anyone would like to spend the time finding <br />no reward. <br />blog; we all <br />an "s. Jim switched us to an email notification so that future <br />notices don't get lost. <br />Action Item: Susan McNamara will see that our Annual report <br />is filed on time. <br />Jim & Susan went over the 3rd quarter report with Tara <br />Williams of Dollar-Sense <br />X - City Report: Frost noted that the Budget is still in <br />process and that nothing on the LCC portion had been <br />questioned. <br />XI - City Staff Report: Kathy Martin reported that Sam <br />Light, City Attorney has all the paperwork for Art in the <br />Park and should be done with it soon. $15K in the Parks <br />Budget for Art in Park pedestals, bases and plaques. <br />Action item: Jim to invoice City for those items <br />The floors are bring redone in the Arts Center and Julie S. <br />has ordered new tables to replace the heavy green ones. The <br />City's website is being converted soon. For Halloween, <br />bring your pet to the Arboretum. <br />
