I have been a Louisville resident for the past 15 years. Qualifications that I feel would enhance my position on this particular board are as follows: I hold a current Class B General Contractor license with the City of Boulder. In addition, I have been involved with building and remodeling commercial and residential spaces in Boulder County for the past 14 years including executing renovations and expansion upgrading of existing municipal facilities. My experience in the field of commercial construction as a General Contractor/Construction Project Manager with some of the City of Boulders most challenging projects has afforded me the opportunity to maintain strong working relationships with building inspectors, planning departments, and Facility directors. I keep familiar with the ongoing code changes and understand the interpretation of building codes, and Green Building ethics, codes and points. My interest to serve on this board is to help bridge the lines of communication and interpretation of codes to local building, construction and revitalizing within our community.
