Applicant: Jean Morgan Owner: Jean Morgan Case Manager: Kristin Dean, Principal Planner Zuccaro stated that the list for the next meeting was long and that it could be a big agenda if all of it stays on track. Brauneis stated that he did not think the Commission would get to all the items on the agenda. Zuccaro stated that those farther down on the agenda would be warned that the Commission may end the meeting before completing the public hearing. Williams asked if they could reorganize the agenda by order of quickness of discussion. Zuccaro stated that the agenda order is typically determined by the order in which applications come in, but that they could consider putting them in order of likely discussion length. He added that the Chair could entertain a motion to amend the agenda at the beginning of the meeting. Brauneis stated that usually the Commission heard in the order they were listed. Brauneis asked for additional comments from staff. Dean stated that commission training was now digital and available on Dropbox. She asked the Commission to send her additional sources they found helpful and she would add them to the table of contents. She encouraged the commissioners to reach out for additional training and any questions.
