A. The Council shall meet regularly at least twice each month The <br />Council shall prescribe in its rules of procedure the day and hour of its regular <br />meetings and the procedures governing meetings <br />B The Council may hold special meetings in accordance with section <br />2.18.060 of this Code. <br />C. The Council shall cause minutes of each regular and special <br />meeting to be taken and to be retained permanently in the records of the City <br />D The Council may hold study sessions in accordance with the <br />Charter, and shall cause to be made a wntten summary or other record of each <br />study session within five days after each study session, which summary shall be <br />retained permanently in the records of the City. <br />Chapter 2 04 <br />CITY MANAGER <br />Sec. 2.04.010. Appointment — qualifications — evaluation — removal. <br />Sec. 2.04.020 Exclusive service to the City. <br />Sec. 2.04.030. Powers and duties. <br />Sec 2 04 040 Council's relationship to employees. <br />Sec. 2.04.010 — Appointment — qualifications — evaluation — removal. <br />A The City Council, by the affirmative vote of a majority of the <br />entire Council, shall appoint a City Manager to serve at the pleasure of the <br />Council <br />B The Council shall establish the City Manager's compensation. <br />C The City Manager shall become a resident of the City within the <br />time established by the Council, and shall remam a resident throughout the <br />Manager's appointment. <br />D. The City Council shall evaluate the City Manager's performance at <br />least annually, and shall make a wntten record of the evaluation. <br />E.
