established by ordinance or resolution of the City Council The City Manager <br />shall set such fees in amounts that are reasonably necessary to defray the City's <br />overall costs for such goods, services or facilities, and all fees so set by the <br />Manager shall be published on the City website. The City Manager may in wasting <br />delegate such authority to the Manager's designee <br />11. Perform such other duties as prescribed by the Charter, or <br />as required by the Council and not inconsistent with the Charter. <br />Sec. 2.04.040 - Council's relationship to employees. <br />A. The City Manager shall be responsible to the City Council for the <br />proper administration of all matters placed in the Manager's charge by the Charter <br />or by ordinance not inconsistent with the Charter. <br />B.
