Watson moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Lipton seconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. Absent: Machado and Scriggins. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Conversation with Chief Hayes <br />Chief Hayes noted State Liquor Enforcement had been in town and had a <br />high percentage of violations for serving to underage persons. He noted his <br />policy is to do more community policing within his department rather than <br />conducting this type of compliance check. <br />Carlson asked if the state shares their spreadsheet. The answer was yes <br />and it will be provided to the Authority. Carlson noted he liked the idea of <br />community policing. <br />Police Department Reports <br />Sergeant Redard noted there will be a report on next month's agenda. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson noted Henry's had been closed over the weekend of St. Patrick's Day <br />and completed their suspension days. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />
