Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:33 pm. <br />a. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Seth Adams, Heather Braithwaite, Dan <br />Delahunty, Allison Johanson, Laura Levesque-Catalono, Marianne Martin, Mark <br />Persichetti; City -Staff Liaison Dave Szabados, City Council Liaison Susan Loo, City <br />Sustainability Coordinator Katie Baum; Residents: Mircala Wozniak, Debby Fahey <br />b. Approval of Current Meeting's Agenda: Approved current agenda with no <br />changes. <br />c. Approval of January 17, 2018 Meeting Minutes: Meeting -minutes approved with <br />no changes. <br />d. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />i. Katie: Green business recognition reception Thursday 3/29 <br />ii. Debby: 1- Suggests residential checklist (like PACE certification)- difficult to <br />put things into city utility bill but work on it now. Katie- revamping res <br />resources on webpage. 2- Would like to be liaison between Historical <br />preservation council. May is HP month. Presentation at Museum First <br />Friday of May. Need an LSAB representative if possible. <br />iii. Heather: Credit union financing for renewable energy, EV. <br />e. Sue's Minute: <br />i. SAP passed council. Changed some language. <br />ii. Metal recycling to be put in near old site. <br />iii. Beekeeping passed council. <br />iv. Wastewater, water, sewer rates increased. <br />v. Budget focus of Council meeting (CIP and operating): April 17 <br />vi. LES students came to advocate for bag fees. Council has not adopted this <br />as firm goal for year. Kids will be meeting with grocers and issuing survey. <br />Presenting to LSAB in April. <br />vii. Waste Hauling Contract council discussion. HOA concerns. <br />f. Dave's Minute: <br />i. LED upgrades. <br />ii. Rec Center taking shape. <br />iii.
