Approval of Minutes: Unanimously approved. <br />111. Staff Updates: <br />a. Response to email on dandelions. <br />b. Spring application of herbicide coming up. Signs will <br />be posted beforehand. <br />IV. Board Updates: <br />a. On Tuesday May 8th, Dave Clabots and Mark <br />Newland will meet with Tiger OSAB team. <br />b. PPLAB President Ellen Toon recently met with City <br />Manager, Heather Balser to get acquainted and <br />reinforce PPLAB priorities. <br />V. Public comments on Items Not on the Agenda: None <br />VI. Scorecard Discussion: <br />a. Members discussed ways to prioritize which parks to <br />focus on going forward. A few suggestions included: <br />i. Regrouping criteria into larger categories. <br />ii. Suggestion to tighten score range to 1-5 (previous <br />scorecard used a 1-10 range). <br />iii. Add comment section. <br />iv.
