Mayor <br />Muckle stated there is language on this in the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Councilmember Maloney asked what the downside is to saying yes to #6. Sheets stated <br />that if the standards are arbitrary it is hard to meet the standards; he suggested the <br />standard for three stories should not be arbitrary. Director Zuccaro stated these <br />guidelines will give standards for each specific area.
