The following changes have been made to the Recreation Center worksheet since it was last reviewed by the Committee: • The annual Sales Tax Inflation Factor has been changed from 4% to 3%. • The Sources & Uses of Funds Section has been updated to include to include all sources and uses, not just "expansion -related" sources and uses. • For 2019 and 2020, the Sources & Uses of Funds Section equals the amount of the requested budget. • Re -categorized Sources of Funds and Uses of Funds to more easily extract from the requested budget worksheets. • Minor formatting changes. The following changes have been made to the Golf Course worksheet since it was last reviewed by the Committee: • The Annual User Fee Cost Recovery Revenue Inflation Factor has been reduced from 5% to 1.5% to match the cell formulas in the original worksheet. • For 2016 and 2017, the Sources & Uses of Funds Section has been updated to the actual amounts for those years. • For 2018, the Sources & Uses of Funds Section has been updated to the actual amounts estimated for 2018. • For 2019 and 2020, the Sources & Uses of Funds Section equals the amount of the requested budget. • Re -categorized Sources of Funds and Uses of Funds to more easily extract from the requested budget worksheets. • Minor formatting changes.
