Lipton moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Machado asked for more information on <br />special events in the consent agenda communications. Machado seconded. <br />All in favor. Show Cause Hearing — Union Jack Liquor, Inc. d/b/a Union Jack <br />Liquor — Retail Liquor Store — 1160 South Boulder Road — <br />3/13/18 Incident <br />B. Show Cause Hearing — Union Jack Liquor, Inc. d/b/a Union Jack <br />Liquor — Retail Liquor Store — 1160 South Boulder Road — <br />5/15/18 Incident <br />Chairperson Carlson opened the show cause hearing. Adam Gollin, special <br />prosecutor introduced himself to the Authority. Michael Rennich, attorney for <br />Union Jack introduced himself and noted Doug Harper, owner of the <br />establishment was also present. <br />Mr. Gollin reported a stipulation had been reached and he would like to present <br />the terms. He noted the stipulation would dismiss the first violation and the <br />licensee would admit to the second violation concerning sales to an intoxicated <br />person. The penalty will be 10 days suspension with 6 days held in abeyance for <br />one year. The service of the four day suspension will be 2 days active <br />suspension, meaning the establishment will be closed on August 25 and 26, <br />2018 and the licensee will petition the Authority for a fine in lieu for the other two <br />
