GRANDPARENTS/GRANDCHILDREN INDOOR PLAY <br />Grandparents! Bring your grandchildren, 6 years and under, to the new indoor playground and <br />meet other grandparents. This is an unstructured time to get to know other grandparents <br />while your grandchildren play. Children must be supervised at all times. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation <br />will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non -swimmers. The <br />pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training. <br />Mon & Wed ' 1:30-2:30pm <br />BUMS AND TUMS staff, recruiting in, process <br />The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up thighs, bum and stomach areas, <br />and great for those that want to improve fitness levels. Classes will begin with a gentle warm up <br />to get your, body moving.
