Will we do that locally or will the state come out and do <br />that? <br /> <br />Salas: <br /> <br />Usually the state does not come out and do inspections. They may <br />occasionally come out and do spot undercover investigation to <br />check on the license holder. In the past the Council did not visit <br />any of the sites. <br /> <br />Jeffers: <br /> <br />Did the Council use the Building Inspection? <br /> <br />Salas: <br /> <br />They did not. Not unless it was a band new location or an existing <br />building had been remodeled. Anytime any new building is <br />completed or remodeling is done a certificate of occupancy must <br />be issued before they can open their doors.
