Jeffers: Beside the list of patrons signatures did you do any other types of surveys about the needs of the neighborhood? Woodard: No. Jeffers: These were available at the restaurant? Woodard: Right, right. Evans: In regards to the floor plan, is there not a deck and serving area off the south end and off the north end? Woodard: Yes, there are decks but they are not in use and I don't know if they are going to be in use. They are just there. I've got enough room in there now for eighty people and to me it would be hard to serve the north deck, I have no intention of opening that up, maybe the south, but never the north. Stephens: Item No. 26 of your wife's application says "do you now, or have you ever had direct or indirect interest in a liquor or beer license, or been employed in a liquor or beer related business outside the State of Colorado?" Woodard: She hasn't, I have. The business was in my name in Mississippi and not in her name. Stephens: It says she was the manager for a business called Kaddy Shack, so she was employed in that business, so it sounds like the answer should be yes. Woodard: I don't think so, she had nothing to do with it. Stephens: Was she employed in the business... Morris: Being an employee is one of the categories. Woodard: Just being an employee... She is my wife we put manager down, she did not get a paycheck, she did not have regular hours. She was not on the application but we had to put her down on the new application because her name was on the lease. Stephens: I am confused because it says she was a manager of an establishment that sold liquor but it says that she was not employed 4
