If the Authority were to approve the
license that would be a term and condition we would want in there.

Okay.

Any other Authority question?

Morrs:

Woodard:
Mo~s:

Woodard:

Evans:

Ross:

Woodard:

Evans:

Gaerlick:

Woodard:
Morris:

I noticed on Item No. 11, where it says, "relationship applicant,"
your wife has listed wife and you listed self. Could we put partner
in both of those spots.

I guess.

It says, "What is your relationship to the applicant? (sole owner,
partner, corporate officer, director, stockholder, member or
manager)

I guess partner.

It is listed below as partner.

What relationship do you have legally with your wife, your
business relationship? It has to be a partnership, corporation or
you're a sole owner.

She's on there because she had to be on there because she was on
the lease. I guess partnership, I don't know legally. She's my wife,
I guess she's part owner.

I'm sure if something happens to you they would come after her for the
remaining bills.

I was once at your restaurant and I noticed your relatives and
children were working, will you be the only one dispensing
alcohol? You or your wife?

Yes.

There is one article in the State Code I want to bring to your
attention about persons prohibited as licensees. It is Items No. 7
