Call to Order. President Schuman started the meeting at about 6:30 pm. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: City Staff Members Present: <br />• Richard Chamberlin, Secretary • Becky Campbell, Interim Library Director <br />• Jeannie Schuman, President • Ashley Stolzmann, Louisville City Council Liason <br />• Renee Gurganus (arrived 6:37 pm) <br />• Conor Seyle <br />• Helana Lechner <br />Board Members Absent: <br />• Sheri Lancton, Vice President <br />• Sandie Hammerly, Town of Superior <br />Trustee <br />III. Approval of Agenda: The agenda was approved by general consent. <br />IV. Approval of previous minutes: The minutes were approved by general consent. <br />V. Public Comments: There were no public comments. <br />VI. Trustee Informational Comments on Pertinent Items Not on the Agenda <br />Member Seyle relayed requests from two parties in the community requesting to post information about <br />for -profit activities on the library bulletin boards. He suggested that the LBOT take up discussion on this <br />issue at a future meeting. <br />VII. New Business <br />Questions for LBOT candidates: The library board created several questions which the City Council <br />could ask LBOT candidates during the interview process: (1) "Do you have a library card"; (2) "Why <br />do you want to be on the Library Board?"; and, (3) "What you keep or change about the library"; (4) <br />"Why is the library important to Louisville?"
