Motion <br />passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 55, SERIES 1997 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - <br />WELLSPRING ASSISTED LIVING - LOUISVILLE CAMPUS, LOT 1 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant requests final PUD approval for a Wellspring <br />Assisted Living facility. Wellspring is currently under contract with the Boulder Valley School <br />District for the purchase of Lot 1 (2.7 acres) of the Louisville Campus to construct a 27,213 sq. f~. <br />assisted living facility. The facility would be a single-story, pitched roof complex providing 48 <br />residential units. The facility will specialize in the treatment and care of Alzheimer's patients. The <br />facility did not have direct access offeither 88th Street or Campus Drive. The building footprint was <br />at 22% lot coverage, with 52% of the property in open space.
