Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />James S. Beckley was there to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Lathrop requested staff assistance in expediting the applicant's permit due to the delay and to his <br />acceptance of the conditions placed on Resolution No. 50. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 50, Series 1997, Final PUD Development Plan <br />Lot 2, Block 6 - CTS - James S. Beckley, Beckley Properties, representing Protector Corporation, <br />as amended, seconded by Lathrop. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - DAVID WALDMAN, BOULDER VIEW SUBDMSION - <br />REQUEST TO AMEND THE FABER ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff introduction. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant requested an amendment to the Faber <br />Annexation Agreement allowing them to replat Lot 1 to accommodate two additional single-family <br />homes, each on one acre lots. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />David Waldman, 255 Continental View Drive, Louisville, Colorado, was there to answer any <br />questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council take no further action on the David Waldman, Boulder View Subdivision, <br />request to amend the Faber Annexation Agreement, seconded by Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion <br />passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 55, SERIES 1997 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - <br />WELLSPRING ASSISTED LIVING - LOUISVILLE CAMPUS, LOT 1 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant requests final PUD approval for a Wellspring <br />Assisted Living facility. Wellspring is currently under contract with the Boulder Valley School <br />District for the purchase of Lot 1 (2.7 acres) of the Louisville Campus to construct a 27,213 sq. f~. <br />assisted living facility. The facility would be a single-story, pitched roof complex providing 48 <br />residential units. The facility will specialize in the treatment and care of Alzheimer's patients. The <br />facility did not have direct access offeither 88th Street or Campus Drive. The building footprint was <br />at 22% lot coverage, with 52% of the property in open space. The parking plan of 30 units met the <br /> <br /> <br />
