Chrisman:

Is it possible to file an amended application after tonight's
proceedings to include the beer garden?

Morris:

We could probably still include it in this one. We really need to see the
diagram to see how it is going to be controlled and such.

Chrisman:

So basically, you could grant approval of the license pending filing of
the anmnded premises?

ROSS:

The premises is licensed and that is based upon (inaudible)... I
believe what you do is just simply file an application for anmndment
of the licensed premises. It is not an entirely new application as far
as I know.

Chrisman:

I think we are talking about the same thing. We are asking leave of
the Authority to file an amended application to include the beer
gardens on the licensed premises.

Ross:

For now you mean? I don't think that is a problem. It would only
entail modification of the diagram at this time.

Chrisman:

We would ask for that authority.

Ross:

I'm sure the board could do that if it wishes.

Kimmett:

We could make it a contingency.

Chrisman:

It has just been told to me that they have it already made up and it
could be filed this evening or first thing tomorrow morning. That is
how eminent it is.

Kimmett:

You already have a drawing prepared?

Chrisman:

Yes, the ink is drying as we speak.

Morris:

What were your hours of operation anticipated on Sunday?

Talbert:

As far as evening hours?

Morris:

Yes.

Talbert:

I would imagine that by eight-thirty or nine we would pretty much
wind down on a Sunday evening. We will probably establish hours
until ten o'clock and then see how it goes. I really don't know what
to anticipate on a Sunday evening.

6
