In 1933, Henry Robinson remarried to a widow, Anna Miller Harned, whose husband
had died in 1931. After living in Oregon, she had returned to Louisville after she was
widowed to live with her parents in the 800 block of Lincoln. The 1940 federal census
shows Henry, Anna, and Henrietta and Arthur to be living at 1001 Lincoln, and Henry
was still working as a coal miner.
The following photo of the building is from the County Assessor Card and is believed to
date from 1948. The square footage of the house in 1948 was stated to be 649 square
feet, not including porch areas. The full assessor card can be viewed here:
http://louisville.pastperfect-
online.com/30967cgi/mweb.exe?request=record;id=6970BDFB-E9AA-4811-B538-
021702648943;type=301.
The following is the ground layout of the house as shown on the County Assessor card,
with the blue markings dating from 1948 and the red markings from 1950. (No date was
found for the regular pencil markings.)
4
