Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />October 22, 2018 <br />Page3of3 <br />This incident involved an employee of the establishment being served alcohol <br />when he was described as not acting like his normal self. Follow up with the <br />restaurant resulted in a ticket being issued to the person who served the <br />employee drinks. <br />Authority members discussed the police report and whether or not a show cause <br />hearing should be held concerning the establishment's liquor license. <br />Machado moved the Authority order a show cause hearing for Bittersweet/Por <br />concerning serving an intoxicated person. Watson seconded. Voice voted failed <br />2-3 with Lipton, Carlson and Kaufman voting no. <br />Machado noted the rules of procedure call for a letter to be sent to the <br />establishment. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson noted a special event permit had been issued to Access Fund for an <br />event they held at Evorock on October 12, 2018. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />Authority Comment <br />Carlson noted the statutory reconfiguration of the liquor code has been <br />accomplished and it is now in Title 44 of the Colorado Revised Statutes. <br />Adjourn — Lipton moved to adjourn. Machado seconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:32 p.m. <br />
